Delivery and payments
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders over PLN 299,00 and if your order is under PLN 299,00 we will charge a delivery fee of PLN 14,99 (applies to deliveries in Poland). The cost of delivery to other EU countries starts from 10 EUR – depending on the country
When will I receive my order?
If you order before 12:00 CEST, your items will be delivered the next working day. If you order after 12:00 CEST on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and delivered the next working day (deliveries in Poland).
Your local courier will contact you via email/text when your order has been shipped.
Please note:on national holidays it is highly likely our delivery partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your Thrivebe order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that depending on where you live and what delivery method you choose, delivery times may vary. If you’re buying in the EU, you should get Thrivebe products within no more than 5-7 working days.

2.DHL courier i DHL pickup point (Żabka, Lidl, Inmedio, Lewiatan, Shell gas station, Kaufland, Biedronka, Stokrotka)

I need help
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact info@thrivebefood.com within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Us.
How can I pay for my order?
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Przelewy24, including quick bank transfers and BLIK code payment (for single purchase orders)
Can I pay COD?
We do not offer COD at the moment.
